While we take great care in creating unique artwork tailored to your preferences, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. 1. Full Payment Refund (Within 48 Hours):

If you wish to request a refund, we offer a full payment refund for requests made within 48 hours of your purchase. This allows you a brief window to reconsider your decision, and we are committed to processing your refund promptly.

2. Partial Payment (After 48 Hours)

For refund requests made after the initial 48-hour period, we offer a partial payment refund of 50%. This reflects the time, effort, and customisation involved in creating each unique artwork. We appreciate your understanding of the intricacies of handmade and custom products.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at info@rhartanddesign.co.uk within the specified time frame. Provide your order details, and our customer support team will guide you through the process.

Damages and Issues

While refunds are primarily addressed through the above policy, if your purchase arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will gladly assist you in arranging a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

Certain items, such as custom artwork created based on your specific requests, are non-refundable. This is due to the personalised nature of these pieces. However, if there are concerns about the final product, please contact us to find a satisfactory solution.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Refund Processing 

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
