Do you offer custom artwork?

How do I take care of my artwork?
Proper care and maintenance of your artwork, whether it's made with acrylic, resin, or oil, are essential to ensure its longevity and preserve its beauty. Here are some guidelines for each type of artwork:
Acrylic Paintings:
- Placement: Display acrylic paintings away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations to prevent fading and warping.
- Dust: Regularly dust the painting using a soft, lint-free cloth or a clean, soft brush.
- Handling: Always handle the artwork with clean hands and avoid touching the painted surface.
- Storage: If you need to store the painting, keep it upright and protected with acid-free paper or cloth.
- Cleaning: If the painting gets dirty, gently clean it with a damp, soft cloth using mild soap and water. Avoid excessive moisture.
Resin Artworks:
- Avoid Sunlight: Keep resin artworks away from direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure can cause yellowing or discoloration.
- Cleaning: Dust the surface gently with a soft cloth or use a compressed air canister for hard-to-reach areas.
- Avoid Heat: Protect resin art from high temperatures and direct heat sources to prevent warping or melting.
- Avoid Impact: Resin can be sensitive to scratches and impact, so handle the artwork carefully and avoid placing heavy objects on it.
- Avoid Chemicals: Keep resin artworks away from strong chemicals and cleaning agents, as they can damage the surface.
Oil Paintings:
- Handling: Hold oil paintings by the frame or stretcher bars to avoid touching the painted surface with your hands.
- Cleaning: Dust the surface gently with a soft, clean brush or a soft, lint-free cloth.
- Avoid Moisture: Keep oil paintings away from areas with high humidity to prevent mould growth or paint deterioration.
What is the biggest artwork available?
We do art of all sizes, however, the largest size we offer currently is 120cm x 120cm.
Can I purchase a custom collection?
Yes you can, if the collection you are looking for or have in mind is not available on our website, please either drop us an email to info@rhartanddesign.co.uk or fill out the form in our Contact Us page.
Do you sell multiple artwork of the same kind?
Yes, we can create for you as many custom artwork as you request. If you are interested in this service please contact us directly on our email info@rhartanddesign.co.uk.
What is the smallest painting you sell?
Our current smallest painting size is about 5cm x 5cm and is available on our website under the paintings collection.
Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy?
We currently don't offer a refund on any of our products as they are handmade and custom which means a lot of time and effort was put into each unique artwork, but in the unfortunate event that your purchase arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement or appropriate resolution.

How long will it take to get my package?
We currently offer both standard delivery and next day delivery for UK customers which are:

Standard Delivery: 2-4 days

When will my order ship?
We try to process your order as soon as possible. However, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances or unexpected events may occasionally cause delays in the shipping process.
Can I track my package?
Yes! You can track your package once we process your order and send you a confirmation email which will include a tracking link.

We offer shipping services to customers in all countries around the world. However, please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on your location.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Of course! We do ship to P.O. boxes.

Is my credit card information secure?
Of course! We currently use Shopify payments which means all your credit card information is completely hidden from us due to the secure encryption service Shopify uses and we do not store any of your credit card information.
